Raising Race Conscious Children supports the following organizations:

Border Crossers’ mission is to equip New York City’s teachers to be leaders of racial justice in their schools and communities.

Do Something is one of the largest organizations for young people and social change, Do Something members tackle campaigns that impact every cause, from poverty to violence to the environment.

Facing History and Ourselves provides ideas, methods, and tools that support the practical needs, and the spirits, of educators worldwide who share the goal of creating a better, more informed, and more thoughtful society.

New York Collective of Radical Educators (NYCoRE) is a group of current and former public school educators and their allies committed to fighting for social justice in our school system and society at large, by organizing and mobilizing teachers, developing curriculum, and working with community, parent, and student organizations.

Rethinking Schools is a nonprofit publisher and advocacy organization dedicated to sustaining and strengthening public education through social justice teaching and education activism.

Teaching Tolerance (founded in 1991 by the Southern Poverty Law Center) is dedicated to reducing prejudice, improving intergroup relations and supporting equitable school experiences for our nation’s children.
